Animal chiropractic is a manual therapy that focuses on restoring normal biomechanical function of the spine and other joints, allowing the nervous system to work optimally.
It can be used for many health and performance problems in animals.
Chiropractic treatment does not replace conventional veterinary medicine. Chiropractors work closely with veterinarians to integrate chiropractic treatment with the primary healthcare they provide for the animal.
The word ‘chiropractic’ is derived from two Greek words, ‘Cheir’ and ‘praktikos’ and means to practice or treat by hand.
